Experts have found that olive oil consumption is associated with lowered risk of major health challenges such as cancers, heart disease, strokes and type 2 diabetes. This oil is packed with omega 3 and omega 6 in similar portions to breast milk fat, as well as being rich in monounsaturated fatty acids.
