Zingy spring finger food bowl

You can make these bowls up of a variety of fresh & frozen fruit & vegetables.

They look so inviting and can also be mushed up if you want a smoother texture.

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
  • 100g frozen peas or edamame beans
  • 100g ripe cantaloupe melon, chopped into finger sized pieces
  • squeeze of lemon


  • Prepare all the vegetables and fruit and simply mix in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon to stop the oxidation and browning of the ingredients
  • Any left overs can be whizzed up in a smoothie, made into an icelolly or as a snack for you later!
