- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 ripe pear, peeled and chopped
- 100g frozen peas or edamame beans
- 100g ripe cantaloupe melon, chopped into finger sized pieces
- squeeze of lemon
- Prepare all the vegetables and fruit and simply mix in a bowl with a squeeze of lemon to stop the oxidation and browning of the ingredients
- Any left overs can be whizzed up in a smoothie, made into an icelolly or as a snack for you later!
