Ingredients

  • ½ butternut squash
  • Splash of your baby’s normal milk

Method

  • Peel, chop & de-seed your butternut squash
  • Steam until soft for about 25 minutes
  • Blend until smooth
  • Optional: add in some spice like nutmeg
  • Serve up & enjoy!
