Antioxidant-rich, slightly tart raspberries add a pleasing contrast to sweeter fruit purees and are a great fruit to introduce to your little one.
Try blending with the other fruits that are in season over the summer such as peaches and raspberries. This is also delicious frozen in blobs of a piece of baking paper, or into ice-lollies Preparation: 10 minutes | Serves 3 | Suitable from 6 months
Ingredients
6 raspberries, halved and pitted
1 ripe peach, quartered and pitted
1 heaped tablespoon full fat natural yogurt
Method
Once you have cut and removed the stones from the peach and rasperries, simply blend with the yogurt
Tip: if the fruit has too much water and the puree is a little thin, add a teaspoon of chia seeds or linseeds to the blender and blend with the fruit and yogurt in order to thicken
