Try blending with the other fruits that are in season over the summer such as peaches and raspberries. This is also delicious frozen in blobs of a piece of baking paper, or into ice-lollies

Ingredients
- 6 raspberries, halved and pitted
- 1 ripe peach, quartered and pitted
- 1 heaped tablespoon full fat natural yogurt
Method
- Once you have cut and removed the stones from the peach and rasperries, simply blend with the yogurt
- Tip: if the fruit has too much water and the puree is a little thin, add a teaspoon of chia seeds or linseeds to the blender and blend with the fruit and yogurt in order to thicken
