Ingredients
- 40g star pasta
- 50g frozen or fresh broccoli florets
- 25g full fat yoghurt
- 1 small garlic clove, crushed
- 20g cheddar cheese, grated
Method
- In a pan of boiling water cook the pasta according to packet instructions
- While the pasta is cooking steam the broccoli for around 5 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the steamer and refresh under cold water. In a blender or in a bowl with a stick blender, add the broccoli, yoghurt, garlic and cheese and blend until it is a smooth sauce.
- Once the pasta is cooked, drain and mix with the sauce
