- 1 ripe mango
- Slice downwards to remove one mango section using a serrated edge knife to guide around the stone in the middle. Turn mango around and repeat on the other side.
- Score along the cut section with the tip of the knife. Score along again to make a criss-cross pattern. Slide the knife along the skin to get the squares of mango off the skin and into a bowl.
- Mash or blend the mango to form a puree.
