1 ripe mango
Method
Slice downwards to remove one mango section using a serrated edge knife to guide around the stone in the middle. Turn mango around and repeat on the other side.
Score along the cut section with the tip of the knife. Score along again to make a criss-cross pattern. Slide the knife along the skin to get the squares of mango off the skin and into a bowl.
