Piccolo Pouch Crunch Pot

Ingredients

  • Piccolo Fruit Pouch
  • 2 Piccolo Mighty Oaty Bars
  • 3 Strawberries
  • 35g of Blueberries
  • 1 Banana

Method

  • First put your strawberries into a bowl and give them a good mash
  • Then add your blueberries into a separate bowl and give them a mash too
  • When it gets to your preferred consistency, get your banana and remove the skin
  • Then slice off 1/4 for one of your layers
  • Now get your blender, and your banana along with add half a Piccolo fruit pouch - we are going to use Organic Natural Yoghurt Fruit pouch packed with goodness including no added sugar, a great source of calcium and one of your 5 a day!
  • We're using mango and peach, but you can use any flavour you like. Whack on the lid and give it a little blend.
  • Next you are going to use our Piccolo Mighty Oaty Bar to add some crunch. This is perfect because they're organic & high in fibre!
  • Give them a blend making sure you get them into a really fine crumb
  • Now it is time to assemble: take any size pot to your choice and pour in a layer of that Oaty crumb and work it in with some pressure
  • Top with some of that textured banana & Piccolo fruit pouch, spread it out and be careful not to mix your layers.
  • Then a layer of that fruity strawberry pulp, spreading it out carefully.
  • Add a layer of banana and top with another sprinkling of that crumb to cut through the sweetness of the yogurt.
  • Add the popped blueberries, again, spread these out carefully making sure not to mix your layers.
  • And finally, a layer of that organic piccolo natural yogurt, carefully layering the top.
  • Now we know the assembling can be a bit fiddly, but this recipe involves all those important sensory tastes and textures.
  • Finally, top with some fruit and the rest of that crumb.
  • You can even whack on a lid and refrigerate for a couple of days.
  • And voila, you've just made your baby a Fruity Piccolo Pouch Crunch Pot, Enjoy!
