Plus, you can pop any leftovers into an ice cube tray and freeze for those days when you’re in a pinch for time!

Ingredients

  • Handful of baby spinach
  • 3-inch piece of cucumber, chopped
  • 1 small frozen banana
  • 45g frozen mango
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 300ml coconut water

Method
