Piccolo is excited to announce that we have partnered with Tommy’s, the UK’s leading baby charity funding research into stillbirth, premature birth and miscarriages.
We are also proud to reveal that Tommy’s has been featured on our brand-new multipack, ‘Olympic Oranges’ filled with zingy orange fruit and veggies, available exclusively at selected Sainsbury’s stores. 5% profits from every Olympic Oranges multipack will be donated to Tommy’s.
Both Tommy’s and Piccolo work from the shared vision that every baby deserves the best start in life. And our mission is to support parents and families, with nutrition and healthy eating education being our top priority!
Tommy’s exists to save babies’ lives and therefore give over £1.5 million every year to four research centres to carry out vital work on preventing pregnancy loss.
In addition to Tommy’s core work on miscarriage, stillbirth, preterm birth and pre-eclampsia, Tommy’s also funds projects that research the effects of lifestyle and well-being on pregnancy and on the later life of the child.
