Max 1 entry per email per month but you can enter the competition each month. Maximum 1 winner per household for the duration of the competition. Promoter: Piccolo Foods Ltd.Full Terms & Conditions· The prize draw opens 1st August 2023 at 8:00 am and closes 1st August 2024 at 23:59 pm. Entries submitted before or after that date and time will not be valid.· This competition is open to UK residents only, aged 18 or over.

  · Anyone professionally connected to this promotion is not allowed to enter.

  · Scan the QR code on the back of Piccolo Mighty Smoothies to enter the prize draw – www.mylittlepiccolo.com/toniescompetition

  · One winner will be chosen at random on the last day of each month eg 31st August 2023 and will be notified within 5 days. They will be contacted via email with instructions on how to claim their prizes. If you are the winner of this prize draw, you agree that the Promoter (Piccolo) may use your name to announce the winner and for any other reasonable and related promotional purposes. You further agree to participate in any reasonable publicity required by the Promoter without any financial reward.

  · After 30 days of no response to the winning email, Piccolo will send one more email but after 60 days the prize will be released to another entrant.

  · By entering this prize draw, you agree that any personal information provided by you with your prize draw entry may be held and used only by the Promoter (Piccolo).

  · Only one entry per email per month during the promotion period. If you enter multiple times we will only count your first entry.

  Prizes:

  · 1 x Piccolo bundle – including Piccolo baby range of products.

  You may not transfer your prize to someone else or exchange your prize for anything else including cash.

  If you are chosen as a winner, we will send you your prize as soon as possible and these should arrive within 30 days of the date you accept the prize when you are contacted by Piccolo Foods Ltd. If there is an issue on receiving your prize then please email within 30 days: info@piccolofoods.uk . If you do not let us know within 30 days then we will reserve the right to not reissue the prize.

  · Your data will be held in accordance to our Privacy Policy which you can find here: https://www.mylittlepiccolo.com/privacy-policy/ and will only be used for the purpose of this promotion & where you have opted in to receive our Family Club communications. We will also share your data with Tonies to fulfil the promotion, sending you the prizes coming from Tonies.

  Legal

  · We won’t be able to take responsibility for entries that have been impacted by any reason eg technical, delivery, lost, damaged, incomplete etc

  · Fair is fair! If you are found out to be cheating by using trade, consumer groups, third parties or manipulating identities you will be excluded.

  · We may refuse to award the prize if there is evidence of an entrant being fraudulent, breaching our terms and conditions or seek recovery of the value of the prizes that have been awarded.

  · By entering our competition you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions.

  · These Terms & Conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh Courts.
