Banana is rich in magnesium, and walnuts help with the production of serotonin.
Walnuts can be introduced from 6 months if ground, whole nuts should not be given until around 5 years old.

60g pudding rice
350ml full fat milk or plant milk
200ml coconut milk
Pinch dried ginger
1 banana, mashed
3 walnuts, ground
Place the pudding rice, milk and coconut milk and ginger in a heavy bottomed sauce. Bring to the boil then reduce to a simmer
Cover with a lid and allow the rice to simmer for 30 minutes or until all the milk has been absorbed and the rice is soft, stirring every few minutes.
Mix in the ground walnuts and mashed banana and serve. You can top with additional fruit or fruit compote
