Tip 1: Swirl in natural yoghurt
Tip 2: You can give these ripe plums as first finger foods if you remove the stone and peel the skin off. Store in a sealable container in the fridge for up to two days.

Ingredients
- 4 ripe purple Stanley plums
Method
- Cut the plums in half and take out the stone.
- Place in the steamer and steam for 6-8 minutes until soft.
- Remove from the steamer and puree with a stick blender or juicer.
