Pure Plum

Smooth and packed full of flavour, these pureed Stanley plum make a great first food. Allergen free.

Tip 1: Swirl in natural yoghurt
Tip 2: You can give these ripe plums as first finger foods if you remove the stone and peel the skin off. Store in a sealable container in the fridge for up to two days.

Ingredients

  • 4 ripe purple Stanley plums

Method

  • Cut the plums in half and take out the stone.
  • Place in the steamer and steam for 6-8 minutes until soft.
  • Remove from the steamer and puree with a stick blender or juicer.
