Quick cauliflower & broccoli cheese

Pumpkin & cheese sauce

Preparation: 5 minutes | Cooking: 15 minutes | Suitable from 10 Months | Suitable for freezing


  • 50g Cauliflower florets, fresh or frozen
  • 50g Broccoli florets, fresh or frozen
  • 80g Piccolo pumpkin and cheese sauce
  • 20g Cheddar cheese, grated


  • Turn the grill onto medium.
  • While it is heating up, steam or boil the cauliflower and broccoli for 4-6 minutes until soft. While the vegetables are cooking, use a little oil or butter to grease an oven proof glass or ceramic dish suitable for 2 portions
  • Once the vegetables are cooked, drain and place in the greased dish. Pour on top the Pumpkin and cheese sauce and sprinkle on top the grated cheese
  • Place the dish in the grill and cook for 5-8 minutes until all the cheese has melted and is golden and bubbly on top
