Ingredients

  • 1 tin chickpeas (drained, washed & deshelled)
  • 1 clove garlic
  • Juice 1/2 lemon
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 3 tbsp of water

Method

  • Add to a blender, your chickpeas, lemon juice, garlic, tahini, paprika and olive oil
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 3 tbsp water and blend again (you can add more water to achieve your desired consistency)
  • Serve with your little one's favourite veggies and snacks
  • Enjoy!
