Cheese Straw Shooting Stars
- 250g frozen garden peas or petit pois
- Large handful of fresh coriander or flat leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp tahini
- 1 small clove crushed garlic
- Pinch smoked paprika
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add peas and cool until tender ~ about 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
- In a food processor add the peas, coriander, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and paprika and pulse until you get the desired consistency.
