This is a lovely vibrant coloured, fresh dip that can be whipped up in minutes and is delicious as a dip or spread on toast, on top of salmon or chicken after they’ve been cooked.
Tip: Throw in more green vegetables like spinach for more goodness and flavour

Ingredients
250g frozen garden peas or petit pois
Large handful of fresh coriander or flat leaf parsley
2 tbsp tahini
1 small clove crushed garlic
Pinch smoked paprika
1 tbsp lemon juice
Method
Bring a small pot of water to a boil. Add peas and cool until tender ~ about 3 minutes. Drain and run under cold water.
In a food processor add the peas, coriander, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and paprika and pulse until you get the desired consistency.
