Flatbread Pizza

The perfect pizza

A favourite at a recent Piccolo Pop In with Izzy Judd. Delicious and easy. We’re sure you and your little one will love these flavour-packed pizzas.
Preparation: 10 minutes | Cooking: 15 minutes | Suitable from 7 months & the whole family | Pizza 4 portions


  • 2 Corn or whole wheat tortillas/flatbread
  • 2 tbsp Passata (sieved tomato)
  • Around 50g mix veg such as sweetcorn, peppers, tomatoes, grated courgettes
  • 20g grated Cheddar cheese


  • Preheat the oven to 180°C/ 350°F/ Gas mark 4.
  • Simply spread Passata on one side of flatbread or tortilla.
  • Add vegetables then top with grated cheese.
  • Place in the oven for 8 minutes.
  • Serve with cucumber and carrot batons.
