- 2 Pink Lady apple, peeled and chopped
- 12 cherries, stoned and halved
- 120g natural full fat yoghurt
- 30g rolled oats
- Heat the apple in a pan with a little water for 5-8 minutes until soft.
- Remove from heat and add the cherries and oats.
- Purée together in a blender.
- Once the mixture is cool, stir in the yoghurt
