Breakfast Peach Melba

This also freezes well to make ice-lollies, replace the milk with juice from the tin.

Preparation: 5 minutes | Makes 4 portions | Suitable for freezing


  • 40g oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 60g tinned peaches in juice, roughly chopped
  • 60ml full fat milk
  • 60ml full fat natural yoghurt
  • 50g fresh or frozen raspberries


  • In a food processor add all the ingredients and blend together. Add any additional juice from the tin to loosen and sweeten to taste. As they get older you can just soak the ingredients overnight together and leave chunks of peach and raspberry for them to explore texture.
