Blushing Berries, Pear & Banana

Perfect as a smoothie: This fruity puree requires no cooking and is a delicious combination of zingy fresh berries with smooth banana and pear.

Tip: Add yoghurt or milk and a sprinkling of oats or seeds to the blender to make this into a delicious creamy smoothie.

Preparation: 5 minutes | Makes 2 portions | Suitable for freezing | Suitable from 6 months 


  • Handful of strawberries (around 6), de-hulled
  • 1 ripe Williams pear, peeled, cored and chopped
  • ½ a medium banana, peeled
  • 4 raspberries


  • Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
