- 2 medium desert apples, peeled and chopped
- 100g blackberries
- Pinch of dried ginger
- Peel, core and chop the apples and place in a saucepan with 3 tbsp of water.
- Cook for ten minutes until tender, then add the blackberries and ginger and cook for a further 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and blend with a hand blender.
