Banana Coconut & Baby Rice

with a pinch of cinnamon

Tip: You can swap the baby rice of chia seeds to make a cold chia pudding, or use porridge oats to make a thicker porridge for your baby.

Not suitable for freezing, store in a sealable container in the fridge for up to two days.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of baby rice powder or flakes
  • 3 tablespoons of full fat coconut milk
  • 1/2 medium banana, peeled and mashed
  • pinch of cinnamon

Method

  • Place the baby rice and coconut milk in a pan or a microwavable bowl and either gently heat for a few minutes on the hob stirring, or cook following the manufacturer’s instructions in the microwave.
  • Add the mashed banana and cinnamon and mix in to the baby rice.
