- 2 teaspoons of baby rice powder or flakes
- 3 tablespoons of full fat coconut milk
- 1/2 medium banana, peeled and mashed
- pinch of cinnamon
- Place the baby rice and coconut milk in a pan or a microwavable bowl and either gently heat for a few minutes on the hob stirring, or cook following the manufacturer’s instructions in the microwave.
- Add the mashed banana and cinnamon and mix in to the baby rice.
