- 50g fresh or frozen broccoli
- 50g kale, tough stalks removed
- ½ ripe avocado
- 2 mint or basil leaves (optional)
- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- Steam the broccoli and kale until cooked through, around 6-8 minutes
- Drain the vegetables and blend with the avocado and olive oil and fresh herbs if using.
- Tip: For older babies add in some yoghurt or cream cheese and make a delicious dip with raw vegetables
