Healthy Apple Oat Muffins

Easy to make and packed with autumnal flavours, this healthy snack is perfect for keeping even the hungriest little ones happy!

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Apple
  • 1 Ripe Banana
  • 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 1/2 Cups/ 135g Oats
  • 80ml Milk of your choice

Method

  • Grate your apple, and add to a bowl.
  • Add in your banana and mash with a fork until smooth.
  • Add the cinnamon, baking powder, oats and milk and stir until its all combined.
  • Spoon your mix into a muffin tin.
  • Bake at 200/180 Fan for 8-12 mins until golden brown on top.
  • Now it is time to enjoy!
