Ingredients
- 1 Large Apple
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 Tsp Ground Cinnamon
- 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
- 1 1/2 Cups/ 135g Oats
- 80ml Milk of your choice
Method
- Grate your apple, and add to a bowl.
- Add in your banana and mash with a fork until smooth.
- Add the cinnamon, baking powder, oats and milk and stir until its all combined.
- Spoon your mix into a muffin tin.
- Bake at 200/180 Fan for 8-12 mins until golden brown on top.
- Now it is time to enjoy!
