Mango Froyo

Cool down and power up with this super speedy and delicious Mango Froyo recipe. Packed with protein and Vitamin C this is the perfect snack to keep hangry babies at bay.

Ingredients

  • 100g Greek Yoghurt
  • 100g frozen mango
  • Wedge of lime
  • 2tsp of desiccated coconut

Method

  • Add 100g of frozen mango and 100g of Greek yoghurt to your blender and blitz until smooth
  • Add in juice from a wedge of lime and your desiccated coconut and blend again
  • To serve you can add a sprinkle of more desiccated coconut along with a pinch of mint
  • Enjoy!
