Ingredients
- 100g Greek Yoghurt
- 100g frozen mango
- Wedge of lime
- 2tsp of desiccated coconut
Method
- Add 100g of frozen mango and 100g of Greek yoghurt to your blender and blitz until smooth
- Add in juice from a wedge of lime and your desiccated coconut and blend again
- To serve you can add a sprinkle of more desiccated coconut along with a pinch of mint
