Follow on are suitable only for infants over the age of 6 months and cannot be used as a substitute for breast milk during the first six months of life. Piccolo stage 2 should only be used as part of a varied diet and should only be used on the advice of a doctor, midwife, health visitor, public health nurse, dietitian or pharmacist, or other professionals responsible for maternal and child care.
