The Piccolo Sweet Potato

sourcing location

We are very lucky to source our scrummy sweet potatoes from Andalucia in southern Spain. Sweet potatoes thrive in warm, temperate regions with plenty of water. The stunning coastal area of Cadiz in Andalucía is home to several organic sweet potato cooperatives; local small hold farmers working together. Originally cultivated in Seville, the capital of Andalucia, the sweet potato prefers warmer climes, which can really enhance the taste of the Piccolo sweet potato. Our sweet potatoes have much more flavour than a standard sweet potato grown with less sun!
