The Piccolo Olive Oil

sourcing location

Spanish olive oil is from the fruit of the olive tree, a traditional tree crop of the Mediterranean region, where whole olives are pressed to produce olive oil. Andalucia in southern Spain is abundant with olive trees and warm glowing sunny days that help bring out such a marvellous taste to the oil. We use an organic buttery olive oil that is harvested later in the season for full nutritional benefit which has a gorgeous golden yellow colour. One of the most characteristic areas of this olive-producing region is the Sierra Mágina Mountains, located in a nature reserve near our farmer’s olive groves. We believe the mountain range nestled and protecting the olive trees adds to its flavour mystique.
