The Piccolo Beef

A farm only a few fields away from Cat’s father’s house in the Massif central area of France is where we found our Piccolo beef. Thickly forested with numerous rivers and lakes, the once-volcanic uplands of the Massif Central are geologically the oldest part of France and known for cattle rearing, which farms in this region have been doing for several generations.
