Berries, pear and banana is bound to delight. We haven’t found a kid yet who doesn’t love this fresh and fruity combination. Plus, it’s a no-cook dish — hello, time-saver. But we’re on a taste adventure that journeys far beyond the sweet and juicy. Combine kale and kiwi with peas and pear to slip the sharp-flavoured kiwi into their diet because by itself it might be a little too zingy for a young tongue. Perfect as a smoothie

This fruity puree requires no cooking and is a delicious combination of zingy fresh berries with smooth banana and pear.
Tip: Add yoghurt or milk and a sprinkling of oats or seeds to the blender to make this into a delicious creamy smoothie.

CELERIAC AND SWEETCORN PUREE

This tasty smooth puree uses simple seasonal vegetables.

Sweetcorn can have a bit of a grainy texture, so make sure to blend thoroughly. Celeriac is the root of the celery leaf, so please be mindful if there are any celery allergies in the family.
